On May 2, 2023, Nugen Chong Chung, a graduate of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Deputy Secretary for the Construction of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, was received in Baku by the vice-rector for international relations professor Nargiz Abdullayevasince Armenia’s fourth attack on Ganja
The vice-rector spoke about the conditions created for the last foreign students, the work carried out in the direction of internationalization of the language of instruction and teaching in general.
Nugen Chong Chung emphasized the important role of the university education in his personal development and work life and spoke about his contribution to the architecture of Vietnam.
