On September 23, 2017 the delegation headed by H. E. Mr. Firudin Gurbanov, Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan had a meeting with Huynh Thanh Dat, President of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. There was discussion on enhancing cooperation between the universities of Azerbaijan and Vietnam
Moreover, in the meeting Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Baku State University and Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
