In the meeting there was presentation about tourism potential of Azerbaijan, ASAN E-visa system of Azerbaijan which has been launched since January 2017 as well as the exchange of ideas on attracting Vietnamese tourists to Azerbaijan and vice-versa.

On April 18, 2017 there was held a meeting between H. E. Mr. Anar Imanov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Vietnam and heads and representatives of fifteen tourism companies of Vietnam with the aim of discussing plans and future measures on activating cooperation between tourism companies of Azerbaijan and Vietnam.
