On occasion of traditional Novruz holiday the Embassy of Azerbaijan and Vietnam-Azerbaijan Friendship Association jointly organized an event in Ba Vi - one of the biggest national parks of Vietnam.

On occasion of traditional Novruz holiday the Embassy of Azerbaijan and Vietnam-Azerbaijan Friendship Association jointly organized an event in Ba Vi - one of the biggest national parks of Vietnam. The event was attended by the members of Vietnam-Azerbaijan Friendship Association, graduates of Azerbaijan universities, their family members and media representatives.  In his speech Mr. Ambassador Anar Imanov, gave broad information about Novruz traditions in Azerbaijan and expressed his gratitude to the attendees for their active participation. Mr. Nghiem Vu Khai, Member of National Assembly of Vietnam SR, Vice-President of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, Chairman of Vietnam-Azerbaijan Friendship Organisation on behalf of Vietnamese graduates of Azerbaijan Universities congratulated Azerbaijani people on the occasion of Novruz holiday.  After the speeches video about Novruz traditions was displayed and the event continued with the concert program performed by Vietnamese graduates of Azerbaijan universities.  In the end of the event bonfire was burned and the attendees all together danced Azerbaijan national dance “Yalli”.
