On November 17, 2016 H. E. Mr. Anar Imanov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Vietnam delivered a lecture about Azerbaijan's history, foreign policy, econmic development and bilateral relations with Vietnam at Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
